This traditional Mexican meal consists of corn tortillas cut into triangular pieces, lightly fried, and covered with salsa and cheese. Typically eaten at breakfast, chilaquiles are served with beans and eggs.

A staple of Middle East cuisine, the herbs in za’atar can vary regionally and are used to season a variety of foods, including hummus and baba ganoush.
